Privacy & E-mail Permission Policy
We are a custom publishing and e-mail marketing company. Our Web-based service enables businesses to send permission-based e-mails to their subscribers.
Priority Publications believes in the tenets of permission-based e-mail marketing. Our clients may only use our service to send e-mails to customers and prospects who have agreed to receive e-mail from them. Priority Publications forbids the transmission of unsolicited commercial e-mail (spam) via our system.
If our clients choose to use an external opt-in list of e-mail addresses, we require those companies to supply the source of the names and e-mail addresses, and the method used to capture the data, to Priority Publications. The manner in which the names were captured is important when responding to subscriber complaints that Priority Publications may receive. We also encourage our clients to respect their customers' time and attention by controlling the frequency of mailings to individual e-mail addresses.
How do we protect your privacy?
We use strict security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
Why did you receive an e-mail from our system?
If you received an e-mail from us, it is because one of our clients used the Priority Publications service to send you an e-mail. Our clients must agree that all e-mail addresses used in our system are opt-in names of individuals who have given permission to the client to send them e-mail. We promise to keep your e-mail address secure and private and agree not to use it for other purposes.
How can I be removed from an e-mail list?
Each e-mail sent through the Priority Publications service contains a link that provides an automated way for subscribers to unsubscribe from receiving e-mails from the sender. Also, you can change your expressed interests at any time. If you wish to unsubscribe or change your interests, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of any e-mail. If you've unsubscribed and are still receiving unwanted e-mail sent by the Priority Publications service, please forward a copy of the e-mail with your comments to .
Children's Privacy
You must be at least 18 years old to opt-in for any communications from our company. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, nor distribute to, persons under the age of 18 through e-mail. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor under 18 years of age and believe that your child has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us by e-mail so that we may delete the minor's information.
